"We have used Sky Construction for two major home renovation projects.  I will use no other contractor but Sky.  I just cannot say enough about James Park and his crew.  James came to our home to give us an estimate first on a renovation of our downstairs living area.  He was extremely responsive, answered all our questions and stood by his quote.  The work went like clockwork.  The site manager, Roberto, was phenomenal and kept everything running smoothly.  The crew that worked in our home was professional, courteous, timely and meticulous.  We were so impressed with the work down in our downstairs area that we contracted with James to do a complete kitchen renovation. Again, I could never say enough about this experience.  I have heard all the horror stories about kitchen renovation and I have to say, we saw NONE of them.  Our kitchen was demo'd and renovated in 4 weeks.  Crews arrived promptly at 8:30am and worked until 6pm or later every day.  They even came on the weekends a few times because we had a deadline that we really needed to meet.  James Park is now like family.  He is the most responsive and considerate man. We are now contracting for Sky to build a deck on our home. I keep looking for more projects for them to do (perhaps a bathroom) because I know that the job will be of the highest quality and done in a timely and professional manners. I am hard to please, very hard to please and I am well pleased with Sky Construction and would recommend them to anyone."

"Basement project: They were contracted to complete all the internal construction: bathroom, kitchenette and multipurpose finished area.  We had made some changes after the initial design estimates. They were very responsive to make the necessary changes with some increase of costs from the original estimates. We spent about 30k plus to finish our basement. James is a very knowledgeable project manager and assisted us through out the project.  Kim and Sang who did the construction work were very punctual and tidy in their work.  We liked their work and are currently enjoying the finished basement.  Thanks."

"Very straight forward and honest. There were no hidden costs or attempts to pad the price of the job. Jae was responsive to our requests and quick to rectify things that we were not originally happy with. The price was very affordable and a great value for what they did. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they do not yet have relationships with showrooms and/or suppliers. This made finding and purchasing the vanity and fixtures a bit difficult. I would certainly use Sky again, but I would take more time up front to get all the furnishings picked out before having them start the project."

"Sky Construction installed hardwood floors on the stairs leading to our second floor, hardwood floors on the 2nd floor hallway and in the master bedroom.  They also installed a glass/stone tile backsplash in our kitchen, and fixed existing carpet in our basement and 2nd and third bedrooms that were buckling up and needed to be stretched. James Park was easy to work with. We scheduled a date for the free estimate and Mr. James Park was on time for the appointment. Mr. Park presented as polite, knowledgeable, professional, with an attention to detail that I very much appreciated. Although Sky's initial estimate was not the lowest, Mr. Park was willing to work with us to price match without compromising quality. Sky worked very efficiently to complete all of the contracted work in less than 2 days, and the results are just incredible. We had hired many different contractors over the last 13 years, and Sky Construction is by far the best we've worked with. On day one of the work, there were 3 crews from Sky onsite, and all of the guys were polite, competent, and worked very well together. I consider myself to be a very difficult customer to please, and I must say that this is the first time in a long time I can truly say that I'm 100% satisfied with renovation work. Mr. Park went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and visited the work site everyday to make sure his crews understood what needed to be done and how. We will definitely consider Sky Construction for our future house renovation needs."
